That said, I understand it can be helpful to have a reference point. Many folks embarking on a therapeutic journey opt to meet weekly for 50 minute sessions. For those who prefer this cadence, we designate a day of the week and time to meet that is consistent. For folks who need flexibility in their schedule, this can be arranged.

If a longer session interests you, 75-minute sessions are available at an adjusted rate and we can discuss as desired. If you are seeking therapy more than once a week, we can discuss the best way to support you in a consultation. Some folks say with this frequency for the remainder of our work together, while others may eventually shift to every other week.

  • The duration of therapy is determined by each individual's unique challenges and personal goals. For some, goals can be met within a couple of months, for others it may take years. Deeper work often requires a slower process to dive wholly into the root of one’s challenge and invite proper integration. Typically it takes a couple sessions to better gauge how long the course of our time together shall be.
