Tools for connection
-
As a pathway to seeing, hearing and understanding the heart and soul of another person. Practices in whole-body listening transcend the tool of ‘reflective listening’ and encompass a full sensory way of connecting with another human.
When we listen, we attune to the needs of the other. When we pay attention to what arises within the self in this process, we also attune to ourselves. The art of attunement happens in the inner and interpersonal realms.
-
Learning to let your truest selves be seen, loved and honored. This is a bow to the power of vulnerability and the capacity to create connection between the deepest parts of the self and another.
-
Informed by frameworks of mindfulness, nonviolent communication and cultivating compassion, together we will explore ways of building bridges of understanding and connection.
-
Intention sets the foundation for relationship or for a shared experience. Ritual & ceremony deepen presence and meaning. Through these tools, the work transforms into pleasure and takes on a sacredness that initiates a deeper level of engagement, presence and meaning.
-
Understand the body’s way of speaking and how to self-regulate during challenging or difficult moments in relationship.
